Your free application ‘Growing Leaders’. Our purpose is to assist and inspire you into adopting and undertaking more frequent leadership learning and development. You are probably aware of the phrase “If you stop learning, you stop leading” but sometimes it’s difficult to know where to begin. Spending hours online, searching for the most relevant videos, tutorials, twitter feeds, business reviews and blogs amongst the scale of free material that exists. This App brings a selection of the available collateral, together in one place, making it that little bit easier to ignite and increase the frequency of your leadership learning. By adopting this approach, whether on a smart phone or tablet, opens up and enables real learning on the go. Whether you want to read an article on the train, watch a short video whilst waiting for a meeting, read the most recent twitter leadership discussions in the office or find something to help inspire you for the day ahead, the ‘Growing Leaders’ App makes it very accessible and easy to do.
So in summary our Purpose or our ‘Why’ is simply to help make your leadership learning a little easier, increase accessibility to materials and so enabling you to adopt more frequent leadership learning and development.
